This notice explains how the Qhouse website works and what data is involved when you request accommodation availability. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
Data controller and contact
Data processing is managed by Qhouse, a holiday rental in Quartu Sant’Elena. To request information or exercise your rights, email qhouse.sardinia@gmail.com.
Availability requests
The form prepares your request directly on your device. The website does not store or automatically send your name, email, phone number, dates or message. You choose whether to continue through WhatsApp or your email application.
Calendar
The website only displays available or unavailable date ranges obtained from the property calendar. Guest names, booking details and private calendar links are never published.
Google Maps and external services
The Google Maps preview is disabled by default and only loads after you consent to external content. Google may then receive technical data such as your IP address and device information.
Technical data and retention
The hosting provider may process technical data required for security, availability and abuse prevention. Qhouse retains received requests only as long as needed to reply, manage the stay and comply with applicable law.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
If online payments, analytics, a booking engine or a newsletter are added, this notice must be updated before activation.
